*DIVINE ENCOUNTER*(Thursday 16th February 2017) 6-7pm*
*Ministering:*
Pastor. E.A. Adeboye
*Text:* 1Kings 17:1-16
*Elijah Proclaims a Drought v1- v7
*Elijah and the Widow of Zarephath v8-v16.
There are five lessons to be learned from this passage:
1. *Don't let anybody write you off* Jn. 11:39-X44
Prayer_Father, all those who have written me off, please give them a big surprise to this year in Jesus Name. Amen!
2. *Don't write yourself off.* That's more dangerous than people writing you off. Never listen or depend on doctor's reports. Learn to walk with what God says about you. Mk 5:25-34, 10:46-52, 5:1-20. If the mad man of Gadara did not write himself off, then it will be wrong to write yourself off. The tide will soon turn in your favour.
Prayer _Father, in The Mighty Name of Jesus, this very day, turn my situation around. Amen!
3. *Let God help you.* Psalms. 46:1 Isaiah 41:10-14 Psalms. 121:1-2 Get ready for a surprise. Your help is on the way.
Prayer _Father, please send help unto me urgently in Jesus Name. Amen!
4. *Believe God and His Prophet.* 2Chro.20:20 Number 23:19. God hasn't asked you to pray and fast for nothing. He has something in mind for you. 1Sam.3:19.
In The Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, this shall be your year of surprise.
Prayer _Father, all Your Promises concerning me, please fulfil them now in The Name of Jesus. Amen!
5. *You can have pleasant surprises everyday.*
Matt. 3:6-11, ps.68:18 Lamentation 3:22-23, Ps.118:44. I decree from today, on a daily basis, you will enjoy daily surprises in The Name of Jesus. Amen!
Prayer _Father, in The Name of Jesus, please give me pleasant surprises on a day basis. Amen!
*In Conclusion:*
It does not cost God anything to give you daily surprises if He knows you will serve Him. Hebrew 11:6, Psalms .34:1. What's your attitude to God's business? John 15:6,16. Do God's business. Win souls. Do God's business and He will do yours too.
God bless you.
It continues tomorrow. Bring someone along.
EMMANUEL=GOD WITH US!

Who’s Who in Hell by Kenneth E. Hagin

Everyone will face  eternity one day. The righteous enter “life eternal” Matt. 25:46 , and the unrighteous are cast into hell or the lake of fire Rev. 20:15 . The lake of fire is the final dwelling place for those whose names are not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life  Rev. 20:15 . We should thank God for the revelation His Word gives us concerning Heaven. If we are in Christ, we are Heaven-bound!  We should also thank God for what scripture says about hell . Those who haven’t made Jesus their Lord are not  Heaven-bound. Christians need to reach these people with the Gospel. We must let them know there is a Heaven to gain and a hell to shun. Who’s Who There once were books that listed people who achieved a degree of prominence in the arts and sciences, in business, and in various professions. Sometimes it’s interesting to know “who’s who” in life. The Bible also gives us a “who’s who” in hell, so to speak. Revelation 21:8 (NKJV) 8. But t...

A Two-fold Calling - CEO and Youth Pastor by Jay DePalmo

“ WHAT AM I  going to do?” The writing was on the wall - his job wouldn’t last much longer. Young and newly married, Jay DePalmo, a ’96 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College, was about to take another step in God’s plan. A building caught his eye as his car pulled up to an intersection. God’s voice surprised him, _“Go in and apply.”_ It was the strongest Jay had ever heard the Lord speak in his heart—not audibly, just in his heart—so clear that he felt like turning around as if someone was in the backseat! Instead of continuing home, he turned the wheel, parked his car and went inside “Hobby Lobby” for the first time in his life. Climbing the Corporate Ladder Within a week Jay was offered a co-manager position. He and his wife, Amanda (an ’05 RBTC graduate), packed their bags. The 18-year adventure would take them through Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Georgia before returning to the corporate office in Oklahoma City. Every time Jay moved for his job, there wo...
