#TEXT: Acts 3:1-8
[1]Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
[2]And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
[3]Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
[4]And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
[5]And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
[6]Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
[7]And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
[8]And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

Prayer
My prayer is that you will move from lock down to leaping up in Jesus name.

MESSAGE
Man is born free, but everywhere is in chains by a philosopher.
The hunger for freedom is so intense in man that any opportunity he has to be free, he will grab it.
Mark 5:2-4: The madman of Gaderene. He wanted to be free as mad as he was.

There is something worse than physical lockdown. That is mental lockdown.
For example, Adam (Genesis 2:7-15). He was a very strong man.
Adam wasn't just strong physically, he was very strong mentally.
But when he sinned, Adam was locked down mentally. He practically became a vagabond.

THE PROBLEM OF MENTAL LOCKDOWN.
When someone is mentally locked down, one will know in this ways:
The fellow will regard the routine as the normal. He will treat the average as the best that could ever happen to him.
Acts 3:2-3: The lame man thought begging for alms was the best thing that could ever happen to him.

Beware of Your mental enemies

ENEMIES THAT COULD LOCK YOU DOWN MENTALLY:
1. To be average is the enemy of being clever. Many people are satisfied with being average. They never aim for anything higher. (2 Chronicles 1:6-12)
There is something far better than common sense.

2. Good enough is the biggest enemy of greatness. 1 Kings 19:19-21
Elisha had it good enough; the heir to his father's wealth. If he had settled for that, he wouldn't have been the great prophet that he became. 2 Kings 13:14-21
Are you saying things are good enough now, that you don't want to go higher, please change that mindset.
Don't let good enough rob you of greatness.

If you accept good enough, you may never be great

3. The greatest enemy of all, of to think that you are already great, that you don't need anything more.
Great is greatest enemy of complete.
2 Kings 4:8-17.

You can be great, yet incomplete

I pray for all of you who already feel you are great, everything else you need to be complete, the Almighty God will reveal to and give you the grace to reach out for it

FROM LOCKDOWN TO LEAPING UP STARTS

Your journey upward begins when:
1. You sense what you call "normal" is not good enough. Luke 11:1

2. The moment you become aware that things can be much better, your journey upward begins.
Mark 8:22-24: For instance, you become aware that things can become better because you have known better days.
When you begin to talk of the good old day, you need to leap up.

3. Your journey upward begins when you become aware that God reserves the best for the last. John 2:1-11
Abraham - Gen. 24:34-35: Abraham was great.
Isaac -Gen. 26:12-14- Isaac was very great.
Gen. 30:27-43- Jacob was exceedingly great.
Joseph - greater than all of them together.

Don't ever think you have arrived. No matter what you have accomplished, you haven't started!
Don't get mentally locked down.

The first time they told me we had arrived was when we had our first auditorium.
Now we've expanded severally because I refused to be locked down.

We refuse to settle for less, we refuse to settle for average

We refuse mental lockdown in Jesus Name

Pray that God will enlarge your coast and He will sharpen your vision

The journey to leaping up begins on your knees

PRAYER
Your prayer today is that Lord Almighty will take you from lockdown to leaping up

But the journey upward begin on your knee.
On your knees is also applicable to those who are yet to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour.

For those who have not given your life to Christ, you have to kneel down at the foot of the cross first, and your journey to the top will begin immediately.
So if you are yet to surrender your life your God, You go down on your knee and do so now.

Who’s Who in Hell by Kenneth E. Hagin

Everyone will face  eternity one day. The righteous enter “life eternal” Matt. 25:46 , and the unrighteous are cast into hell or the lake of fire Rev. 20:15 . The lake of fire is the final dwelling place for those whose names are not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life  Rev. 20:15 . We should thank God for the revelation His Word gives us concerning Heaven. If we are in Christ, we are Heaven-bound!  We should also thank God for what scripture says about hell . Those who haven’t made Jesus their Lord are not  Heaven-bound. Christians need to reach these people with the Gospel. We must let them know there is a Heaven to gain and a hell to shun. Who’s Who There once were books that listed people who achieved a degree of prominence in the arts and sciences, in business, and in various professions. Sometimes it’s interesting to know “who’s who” in life. The Bible also gives us a “who’s who” in hell, so to speak. Revelation 21:8 (NKJV) 8. But the cowardly, unbeli

Pure healing: Pure healing means total healing without any sign(scars included) or remnants of a prior illness. Mark 8:22-25, John 9:1-7. Pure healing could require a second touch or a recreation.
